Trastevere District

The Trevlo app made exploring Trastevere feel like having a knowledgeable Roman friend showing you around. I loved the story about the hidden door at Santa Cecilia - I would have completely missed that detail otherwise! The timing was perfect, giving me just enough at each stop without feeling rushed. The part where you look up at the dome of San Francesco a Ripa while listening to the history was magical.

Really enjoyed this tour through one of Rome's most charming areas. The narration captured that tension between old and new beautifully, especially when walking past the ancient walls while modern Romans were having their evening aperitivo. The audio quality was excellent and the route felt natural. Only minor complaint is I wished there was a bit more about the food culture in the area.

Perfect way to experience authentic Rome! The section about the fountain in Piazza di Santa Maria gave me chills - the way the guide described how locals have gathered there for centuries really made me feel connected to the place. 32 minutes flew by. The medieval street explanations were fascinating and I appreciated how the app paused naturally at traffic lights.

Good content and interesting stories about Trastevere's history. The part about the church bells and how they still mark daily life was particularly engaging. However, I found the pace a bit too slow for my walking speed, and I ended up waiting around at several stops. Would be great if there was a way to adjust the timing. Still learned a lot about Roman neighborhood life.

Trevlo brought Trastevere to life in ways I never expected. The storytelling about the artisan workshops tucked away in those narrow alleys was captivating. I especially enjoyed learning about the ivy-covered building and its connection to Roman poets. The tour felt authentic rather than touristy. My only wish is that it included more recent immigrant communities that also call this neighborhood home.
