When you purchase a tour, payment is processed by Stripe. We do not store your credit card number, bank account number, or other financial account details. Stripe's use of your data is governed by their privacy policy.

Location data

With your permission, we access your device's location to provide distance information, nearby tour recommendations, and walking navigation during tours. Location data is processed on your device and is not stored on our servers.

Usage data

We collect anonymous usage data including app interactions, tour listening history, and device information (operating system, app version) to improve our Service.

3. How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain the Service, including processing purchases and delivering audio tours
• To personalise your experience, such as recommending tours near your location
• To communicate with you about your account, purchases, and Service updates
• To improve and develop new features for the Service

Your data is stored securely using Supabase infrastructure hosted in the United States. We implement appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorised access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.

5. Third-Party Services

We use the following third-party services that may process your data:

• Supabase — authentication and database hosting
• Stripe — payment processing
• Apple / Google — authentication (when using social sign-in)
• ElevenLabs — audio content generation (no user data shared)

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time through the app settings or by contacting us. Purchase records may be retained for legal and accounting purposes.
