How do I listen to a tour?
Download the Trevlo app, browse the available tours, and tap on any tour to see details. Free tours can be started immediately. Paid tours require a one-time purchase, after which they're available in your Library forever.
Can I listen offline?
Yes. After purchasing a tour, you can download it for offline listening. This is especially useful when travelling abroad without reliable data.
Do I need to be at the attraction to listen?
Tours are designed to be listened to on-site for the best experience, but you can listen from anywhere. The narration includes spatial cues and walking directions that are most useful when you're physically present.
How do refunds work?
Due to the digital nature of the content, purchases are generally non-refundable. If you experience a technical issue that prevents you from accessing a purchased tour, contact us and we'll resolve it.
How do I delete my account?
Go to the Account tab in the app, scroll to the bottom, and tap "Delete Account". This permanently removes your account data. You can also email us to request deletion.
Are the tours created by real people?
Tours are generated using AI and reviewed for quality and accuracy. The narration voices are created using professional text-to-speech technology. Each tour is designed to feel like a knowledgeable local friend showing you around.
What currencies do you support?
We support USD, AUD, EUR, GBP, JPY, CAD, CHF, SGD, NZD, and HKD. The app automatically detects your device's currency and displays prices accordingly.
