Finally did this after walking past the Panthéon countless times without really understanding its significance. The narrator's voice was perfect - not too dramatic, just engaging enough to keep me hooked. I loved learning about the revolutionary meetings that happened right where I was standing. The segment about the medieval streets still following their original Roman layout blew my mind. Worth every euro, especially the part where you pause at Place Saint-Michel and learn about the student uprising connections.

Great audio quality and the 21-minute length was perfect for my attention span. The story about Curie being the first woman buried in the Panthéon gave me chills. I appreciated how they wove together the Roman history with more recent events. The instructions for navigation were clear, though I did get a bit confused near the Sorbonne entrance. Really enjoyed the detail about the ancient Roman baths - I would have completely missed their significance otherwise.

This transformed my understanding of an area I thought I knew well. The way they explained how the narrow medieval streets were actually following ancient Roman roads was fascinating. I found myself looking up at architectural details I'd never noticed before, especially after the section about spotting medieval elements hidden in plain sight. The pacing was excellent - just enough time at each stop to absorb the information without feeling rushed.

Solid content and I learned quite a bit about the revolutionary history of the area. The narrator was knowledgeable and the audio quality was crisp. However, I felt like it moved too quickly through some of the more complex historical connections, particularly around the university's role in the 1968 protests. Would have benefited from being maybe 5-10 minutes longer to really dig into some of these stories. Also wished there were more specific architectural details to look for - sometimes I wasn't sure exactly where to focus my attention.

Used this during a rainy afternoon in Paris and it made the experience so much richer. The connection between the ancient Roman amphitheater ruins and the modern street layout was eye-opening. I especially enjoyed the segment about the secret passages used during the French Revolution - made me see those old buildings completely differently. The app worked smoothly and the GPS integration meant I never got lost. My only complaint is that I wanted more stories like the one about the hidden door in the old monastery.
