This tour completely changed how I see Gyeongbokgung. The narrator's voice was perfect - not too dramatic but really engaging. The part about the Japanese occupation hit hard when you're standing where it all happened. I loved how they timed the story about Queen Min's assassination right when you reach the inner palace. The architectural details they point out are things I would have totally missed on my own. Worth downloading Trevlo just for this experience.

Great storytelling and perfect timing with the locations. The section about the underground bunkers during the Korean War was fascinating - never knew that history was literally beneath my feet. Audio quality is crystal clear even with traffic noise around. My only complaint is I wish there were more interactive elements or photos to go along with the stories. But for a free tour, this is incredibly well done.

The historical content is really good and I learned so much about the Joseon Dynasty. The story about the secret passage behind the throne was amazing. However, the app kept pausing when I got phone calls and it was hard to find my place again. Also wish the tour included more about the daily life of palace servants and court ladies - felt like it focused too much on kings and politics. Still educational though.

Incredible experience walking through 500 years of Korean history. The way they connect the palace's destruction and rebuilding to Seoul's modern resilience gave me chills. The timing is spot-on - when you reach the pavilion overlooking the mountains, the narrator talks about how the kings chose this location for the view. Small details like explaining why certain buildings face specific directions made everything click. This is how all historic sites should be experienced.
